Once we onboard your property, you will receive the tenant's details.

Do I need to handle minor repairs after leasing to you?

No, our maintenance team will handle all repairs.

Will I receive the full rent even if the property is vacant?

Yes, the agreed rent is paid monthly via GIRO, regardless of occupancy.
